for every note i get. :)
so… grads tomorrow and i’m still fat.
my mum’s going to sew me into my dress tomorrow. i’ll post pics to show what a failure i really am.

i didn’t do very well today.
but i realized how easy it is to distract myself from food:
1) Homework 2) Sex 3) Sleep 4) Thinspo
now if only i could realize this before i eat a muffin…

100 crunches 250 jumping jacks 100 squats 100 leg lifts (each side) 30 push-ups 1 minute plank.
not looking chubby on sunday.

I had a really high weight this morning (almost 10 pounds extra), and i was wondering: does being sick make you pack on the pounds?
